HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on July 6 and 7.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Dylan Gorth, Seminary Street, Hollow Rock, Bound Over for Casual Exchange – Adult/Minor – Schedule VI, Casual Exchange – Adult/Minor – Schedule III, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; Guilty of Probation Violation, No Sentence Listed.

Michael Webb, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, Bound Over For Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine – SOL (2 Counts), Possession of Firearm Intent To Go Armed – Dangerous Felony, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Laura Ann Darnell, Highway 190, McKenzie, Guilty of Evading Arrest-Vehicle and Driving While License Revoked (2nd or Subsequent Offense) Due To DUI Conviction, $350 fine, 2 days jail, and 11/29 Supervised Probation.

Toni Gail Pearson, Hwy 219, Huntingdon, Guilty of Driving While License Revoked, 2 days jail reporting 8/5/22 and 11/27 Unsupervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Display/Possession of Canceled/Revoked/Suspended or Altered Drivers License, Seat Belt Violation, Child Restraint Violation Ages 4-8, Registration Certificate Must Be Carried, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

William Anthony Rhodes, Hwy 104, Cedar Grove, Guilty of DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail reporting 8/5/22, and 11/27 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Seat Belt Violation, Driving On The Right, and Drivers To Exercise Due Care.

Michael Robertson, Adell Avenue, Hollow Rock, Guilty of Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 30 days jail, 10/29 Supervised Probation, and May Receive Jail Credit For Successful Completion of 3 Months IOP and Provide Proof To Court; Dismissed Charge of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.

Jesse Thomas, Westport Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750, 60 days jail reporting 8/8/22, 9/29 Supervised Probation, and No Contact With Victim; Dismissed Charges of Fraud Use Credit/Debit Card – Illegal Possession, Theft Up To $1,000, and Display of Registration Plates Violation.

Norman Watne, Paris Street, McKenzie, Guilty of Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation, 60 days jail reporting 9/2/22, 9/29 Unsupervised Probation and $250 restitution to local business; Dismissed Charge of Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation.

Westley Dale White, St. Johns Church Road, McKenzie, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 10 days jail reporting 8/19/22, and 11/19 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Brenda L. Williams, Barren Springs Road, Hollow Rock, Guilty of DUI – First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail reporting 8/5/22, 11/27 Unsupervised Probation, and No Driving in Tennessee for 1 year; Dismissed Charge of Display of Registration Plates Violation.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Jodi L. Kelley, 423 Lane, McKenzie, Pre-Trial Diversion for Criminal Trespass, No Contact with Victim and 11/29 Unsupervised Probation.

Karen Joy Lancaster, High Street, Huntingdon, Pre-Trial Diversion for Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, $257.97 Restitution to Huntingdon retail business, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation, and No Contact With Huntingdon retail business; Dismissed Charges of Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000 (Three Counts).

James Derrick Warbritton, Ledsinger Road, Huntingdon, Pre-Trial Diversion for Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine and 11/29 Unsupervised Probation; Dismissed Charge of Casual Exchange – Adult/Minor – Schedule VII – Attempt.

The following cases were dismissed:

Mary K. Decker, South Grove Road, Memphis, Dismissed Charges of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Maria Hart, Old Dairy Road, Atwood, Dismissed Charge of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange.

Keira Leann Hones, Douglas Avenue, McKenzie, Dismissed Charge of Sale of Alcohol To A Minor.

Demetria Janine Strayhorn, Walnut Avenue West, McKenzie, Dismissed Charges of Schedule I Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine – Attempt, Possession Firearm Intent To Go Armed – Dangerous Felony, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Herivia La Shea Strayhorn, Walnut Avenue West, Dismissed Charges of Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine – FAC, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine – SOL, Possession Firearm Intent To Go Armed – Dangerous Felony, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Wynter Strayhorn, Walnut Avenue West, McKenzie, Dismissed Charges of Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine – SOL, Possession of Firearm Intent To Go Armed – Dangerous Felony, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
